Billionaire Mouton’s Trust to Buy South African Schools Firm
A foundation linked to billionaireJannie Mouton, a founder of South Africa’s biggest bank, plans to acquire the country’s top private-education group for about 7.1 billion rand ($400 million).
The Jannie Mouton Foundation is looking to buy all the shares inCurro Holdings Ltd.for 13 rand each and delist the company from Johannesburg’s stock exchange before the end of March, the group said instatementBloomberg TerminalWednesday.
