President Donald Trump says he plans to implement a 50% rate on copper as part of a set of looming sectoral tariffs. Speaking during a Cabinet meeting at the White House, Trump also says he may offer pharmaceutical manufacturers at least a year before implementing levies on their foreign-made products.
